Torm man this Saturday!
4.30 we will open the barn bar and have the kids trail on, burning around 7ish.
Indoor and outdoor covered areas, bbq and face painting, so no matter the weather we will celebrate the Torm Man.

Parking is limited but you can park within the orchard anywhere or up at Cleeve Abbey car park

As it’s World Mental Health Day I thought I’d share my recent discovery for boosting my wellbeing, it’s so much fun!

The best thing? It’s in the dark so no-one can see how often I get the moves wrong 🤣

It’s a great shot of serotonin, dopamine and endorphins, not just the exercise but the singing (not obligatory) & connection with others.

But you don’t have to do a class to look after your mental health, going for a walk, noticing the autumn colours, smiling at someone who lets you in a traffic queue, it really does start with the little things.

What boosts your mental health? ❤️
