✨ What is a Sound Bath? ✨

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where the body and mind are gently immersed in soothing sound vibrations.

Instruments such as crystal singing bowls create calming frequencies that help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

During a sound bath you simply lie back, close your eyes and allow the waves of sound to wash over you. Many people describe it as a form of meditation that requires no effort — just rest, breathe and receive.

Sound baths can help support relaxation, reduce stress, encourage emotional release and promote a deeper sense of calm and wellbeing.

These crystal bowls are for the Earth Star and Soul Star chakras ✨

I've dusted them off and got them out this evening and reminded myself of how beautiful they are.

I am going to re-familiarise myself to them, so watch this space - I only let my neighbours have a 5 minute sound bath this evening 😅😇 I will practice when they're hopefully not home.

Dawn Hurd, business coach from Hurd & Co Hurd and Co Academy will be attending to answer any business questions you have.

It doesn’t matter what stage your business is at, or what your questions are, if you have the question, chances are someone else does too.
