We are a new social enterprise formed from a ground breaking partnership between Dimensions and Somerset County Council, together with customers, staff, family and carers. We are driven by our values – Ambition, Partnership, Integrity, Respect and Courage. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behavior and complex needs.

💚 FREE online session for employers: Inclusive Employment in Action

If you want to build a more inclusive workplace but you’re not sure what to change (or what will actually help), this friendly one-hour session is for you.

You’ll leave with practical, real-world ideas on:
✅ noticing and reducing barriers at work
✅ reasonable adjustments that support people to do their best work
✅ small changes that can improve wellbeing, retention, and performance
✅ space to ask questions at the end

✨ Intern Visit to Glastonbury Abbey ✨

Glastonbury Abbey is one of our Street intern placement sites, and on Friday our interns enjoyed a fascinating visit behind the scenes. They were given a guided tour by Luke, who brought the Abbey’s rich history to life.

The group then visited Abbey House, where they met the Curator and had the exciting opportunity to explore potential future museum exhibits. After discussing their favourites, the interns voted for the exhibit they’d most like to see on display from May onwards. The winning choice? A teddy bear featured in an anime film with intriguing links to Glastonbury and the legend of King Arthur 🐻

The visit also included a hands-on workshop with the Medieval Ladies, where the interns mixed their own tooth salve using herbs and spices with traditional pestle and mortars.

A brilliant day of history, creativity, and learning!

Last Friday, the Street Internship team supported one of our partners, Sleek Easy, with their Santa’s Grotto event. Supported Interns from Street Internship worked alongside the Sleek Easy Clean and Build staff to help deliver this Christmas charity event.🎁🎄
