Beth Neal Sports Therapy My name is Beth Neal and I’ve been a sports therapist for 13 years. I strive in trying to make a client more mobile and less painful on a long term basis.

If you suffer from stress, knee pain, back pain, muscle stiffness then it could be eased with a sports massage. The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during everyday life or during physical activity. My massage times vary dependant on your needs, I am more than happy to discuss this with you during your consultation to make you feel 100% comfortable before your treatment. I am qualified Level 5 Neuro-spinal assessment & mobilisation, Level 5 Dry Needling treatment, ITEC level 4 sports massage, BTEC National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, NVQ level 2 in Gym Instructing. Later on this year i will also be qualifying in Joint Articulation.

Hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend. The news I never like bringing. With the ever rising costs of everything the time has come for my prices to be going up as of 2026! Fresha used to be free and it’s now isn’t as well as other prices going up.

This is my first price increase in 3 years and it’s something I really hate doing.

I am now on holiday until 16th September. Going to enjoy some much needed family time on our first holiday as a 3 so I will answer all messages when I get back. I have updated the availability post so feel free to send over a request and I’ll look at it when I’m back.

We’re in wales for my Husband to run the 50 mile Snowdon ultra, he is running for Teenage Cancer Trust so if anyone has any spare pennies they would like to donate we’d be grateful. This will be far be his biggest challenge yet. I’ve put the just giving link in the comments ☺️
