We’re looking to expand the yoga offering at Bridport Complementary Health (B*H) and would love to add Pregnancy Yoga to our timetable.
Pregnancy yoga can offer wonderful support during this special time — helping to ease aches and pains, improve mobility and posture, support breath awareness, encourage relaxation, and create a calm connection between mother and baby. It can also be a beautiful way for expectant mothers to meet others on a similar journey.
We’re fortunate to have a lovely, cosy, nurturing and fully equipped yoga space here at B*H — a safe and welcoming environment that feels perfect for pregnancy classes.
If you are a pregnancy-trained yoga teacher (or know someone who is) and would be interested in running classes in our beautiful studio, we would love to hear from you.
