The hedgehogs get everywhere. During the summer they were visiting the campers tents and now the winter is coming they are looking for somewhere to hibernate. Of course the brash pile we created for such a things was not good enough. It just means I can’t clear out the workshop until spring. 😀

It’s a beautiful day in the meadow. it’s such a special place for me. My thoughts this morning while I was having a little quiet moment were to all the wonderful people that have shared this beautiful place with us. We have been blessed with meeting so many gorgeous campers. My thoughts are especially with those that may be going through difficult times. If that’s you, Just remember the meadow is here waiting for you to return ❤️

In the scheme of things we are a small cog in nature recovery. Whatever we have though, it is important to do the best we can for biodiversity. A small back garden, an 8 acre smallholding campsite or a large estate like or It all counts😀
