We have three gorgeous sons aged between 10 and 15 years old. Growing up in today’s world, our kids are exposed to so many stressful situations in every day life. In my personal opinion, there is a lot more harm than good happening at the minute and this isn’t a nourishing wholesome time to grow up. I want children to grow into balanced healthy adults without having loads of physical illnesses and a mental breakdown. I want to give children the knowledge and tools to self regulate their emotions and rid themselves of anxiety and depression so that they don’t end up taking toxic medication for the rest of their lives. Or taking their lives. As cliche as it sounds … children are our future and that’s the bottom line. It’s our job as parents to give them the best start that we possibly can.

Because of all the crazy things that are happening In our country and world being pushed upon our young’uns, children today are having to deal with anxiety, fear, peer pressure and educational pressures to name a few.

Child and adolescent mental health problems are at an all time high and child ailments such as ear infections, respiratory infections, asthma, G.I. upset and type 2 (adult-onset) diabetes are rising.

Your life is all about ENERGY. Every single little bit of your existence. When you start to think of yourself as energy, your life will change for the better.

Many physical and mental illnesses are caused by stress. Trauma or ‘stress’ emotions stay inside your physical body and this energy manifests
In your organs, bones … everywhere. This makes you poorly. You need to release that negative energy from your body to enable you to heal and get better.

When you have spoken therapy to help your trauma, you talk about your problems and your body relives the emotions as if it were happening to you again. As you speak, feelings are brought up over and over and manifest again inside your physical body. That energy is trapped. There is a place for spoken therapy and it can help to a certain degree. I have had it in the past.

Energy medicine will release the “stress” energy from your body. You need to get to the root cause of the problem to properly heal physically and mentally. You can get better. You can heal.
