What do we mean by the subtle?
Should this therefore be barely perceivable?
Why bother work with the denser levels of manifestation if we are focused upon spiritual development, as surely that’s all that matters?

These and other questions, inquiry and practice will be the orientation of this weekend, alongside work to bring the Qi towards nourishing this understanding.

This retreat is not for people brand new (first year) to Nei Gong.

Greetings everyone from me and us all at Bonhays, autumn is arriving here in Dorset, we can feel its nip especially in the early morning air, carrying with it the need to keep nourishing the lung system as the beginning of the contraction away from the expanse of Summer deepens.

Hi all here is the place to book the Zoom Nei Gong Classes held here at Bonhays. These are in person classes that the Zoom participants are very welcome to join. They are not intended for beginners, but rather to support those of you who have begun Nei Gong and appreciate a class to join, learn and an opportunity to ask questions. They begin again in September.

We offer:-
• Wonderful place to live in your own Cottage
• Part time 18-20 hours per week
• Perfect for someone wanting creative/study/sabbatical time or a therapist looking for a work/living situation to develop their work
• Participation in Qi Gong and Meditation courses/classes should they wish.
• Opportunities for the right person to develop further the project here.

We need:-
• A healthy, good-hearted individual who enjoys welcoming and meeting people
• 18-20 hours a week to include management of the retreat centre including co ordinating the cleaning team, overseeing the changeovers, linen, attention to detail and welcoming and meeting retreat leaders and guests.
• Admin tasks including emails, taking bookings and deposits.
Present manager recommends and will be available for questions and to help with the hand over.
