3 things you can do today to help your anxiety 🤍
1️⃣ Slow your breath
One hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Inhale for 4, exhale for 6.
Tell your nervous system: you’re safe right now.
2️⃣ Soften your inner voice
Notice how you speak to yourself today.
If it’s harsh, pause… and replace it with kindness.
You deserve gentleness, especially here.
3️⃣ Ground back into the present moment
Look around and name 3 things you can see,
2 things you can feel,
1 thing you’re grateful for.
This moment is holding you.
