Most skin struggles aren’t about doing things wrong, they’re usually little habits that don’t give your skin the love it truly needs.

🌿 Cleansing too harshly?
Your skin wants to feel fresh, not tight or dry. If it’s feeling stripped, those natural oils that protect and nourish are being washed away. Try gentle cleansers like our Smoothing Cleanser or Hydrating Cleanser, they leave your skin soft, balanced, and happy.

🌿 Skipping hydration layers?
Moisturiser alone might not cut it. Skin loves to be gently layered with hydration and nourishment. Spritz on our Morning Mist and follow with a moisturiser like Skin Re-Leaf or Skin Feast for that plump, dewy glow all day long.

🌿 Switching products too often?

It’s Winter Skin Relief Day ❄️

January and February in the UK are cold and damp with low humidity which create cocktail of skin irritants.

Cold air holds less moisture, so skin loses hydration faster leading to tightness, dryness, and flaking.

Moving between cold and warm environments triggers redness and flushing.

A weakened skin barrier makes skin more reactive and prone to eczema flare-ups.

Dehydrated skin can also make fine lines more noticeable.

What can we do to help?
• Use a gentle, non-foaming cleanser
• Layer hydration (serum + moisturiser)
• Focus on barrier repair, not harsh actives

Two winter essentials:
AM: Hyaluronic Acid – hydrates and plumps
PM: Ceramides – repair the skin barrier overnight

Wintering: A Gentle Beginning to 2026

Today is the 1st of January the beginning of a new calendar year. We step into 2026 carrying the quiet echoes of 2025, gently laying down what no longer serves us. Not with force or regret, but with awareness and compassion.

Winter reminds us that this moment isn’t nature’s new year. The earth is still resting. Roots are deepening beneath frozen ground. Growth is happening, even if it isn’t visible yet. And perhaps we’re allowed to mirror that rhythm too.

Wintering is the practice of honouring slower seasons, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It’s about retreat rather than rush, listening rather than striving. It gives us permission to pause without guilt, to reflect without pressure, and to soften our expectations of ourselves.

Rather than rushing into resolutions, winter invites us to ask gentler questions:

❄️ What feels heavy that I’m ready to release?

❄️ What nourishes me when the world feels quiet?

❄️ What do I need more of? Rest, boundaries, creativity, connection?

Wintering isn’t about stopping, it’s about slowing, resting, conserving.

As we step into 2026, may we do so gently carrying forward only what feels true, and allowing the rest to fall away 🩵
