Did you know that the Earth’s surface carries a subtle negative charge and our bodies conduct this electrical energy every time we walk barefoot on the Earth.

This phenomenon is otherwise known as Earthing, or being ‘grounded’, and it keeps the body in natural balance, preventing the build up of positive charge, which we now know causes inflammation.

Before modern civilisation and synthetic footwear, we were in almost constant connection with the Earth. This was our natural state!

In addition to walking barefoot, grounding ourselves during sleep gives us the opportunity to access multiple hours of uninterrupted Earthing, at a time where the body undergoes the most healing and regeneration.

The Rowland Earthing Sheet allows you to stay grounded while you sleep, helping to restore your electrical connection with the Earth.

https://amzn.to/3GnPoWB I'm Going To University.
You’ve waited a long time, for the day when you head off to university. From the very first day you started school, right up until now, and today you’ve got the grades you needed, or you’re very close to getting them, and a place on your chosen course, very soon you’ll be experiencing student life in uni’, and everything that means and all it has to offer.,
This Journal can be used to keep track of the ideas and tips you pick up along the way, and the things you need to do now, to help you achieve your goals and secure your uni’ place, ready to make the most of your time there.
Of course – you might just like the picture on the cover, with the cute little creature against a background of………….. less cute little creatures (there’s a small black & white version of it on all the facing pages), and you can use the Journal for whatever you want.
Inside, are 100 lined pages with lots of space to write and doodle about the positive steps you can take, and what you need to do and are doing, on a daily basis to navigate the path toward university.
The sub-title on the front is ‘My What To Do Journal’ – finding those steps and using the journal to record and make use of them, is how to survive and enjoy, the whole experience.
