Peters Funeral will be held on Friday 28th November at 1pm at Grasby Parish Church, Vicarage Lane, church side, Grasby, DN38 6AT.

Peter will be leaving Kettles of Brigg, to head to the church for 1pm, where his family will be waiting.

Bikers and friends of Peter are more than welcome to follow Peter to the church from Kettles of Brigg or to head straight to the church.

At the request of Peters Family, knowing what such a loved and popular man he was. Unfortunately I am sharing the news that sadly, unexpectedly Peter passed away yesterday morning. Peter was truly one in a million and it was a honour to have him in our Care. Through his love of motorbikes, communities came together, and created memories that will last us all a lifetime. He was an extraordinary man, and to know him and care for him was an absolute privilege.
Peter had such an impact on everyone that was lucky enough to be in his presence, his cheeky smile, love for tea and biscuits and most of all the love he had for his beautiful family, he adored his wife, Maureen and always spoke so fondly of his children Elaine and Andrew. His smile lit up a room.
Peters family will update us with arrangements for his funeral as I'm sure many of you will wish to attend.
Peter, thank you for the joy and happiness you gave to everyone. You truely will be missed.

We recently welcomed the Mayor of North Lincolnshire to our Home. She spoke with Danielle our Home Manager and Operartions director, Julie about how the Nobi falls system has been a huge benefit to our home.She also got to see the interactive table in use, as part of the Happiness Programme and spoke to some of our lovely residents. It was an absolute pleasure to have the Mayor visit us.

As part of Falls Prevention Week, the Mayor of North Lincolnshire Cllr Carol Ross, visited Wrawby Hall Care Home to see first-hand how new technology is transforming the way care is delivered.

Wrawby Hall, part of Trust Care Ltd, has recently introduced Nobi Lights - non-intrusive AI-powered lighting designed to reduce night-time disorientation and help prevent falls. During the first week of installation, no falls were reported among residents.

The care home is also taking part in the Happiness Programme pilot, in partnership with North Lincolnshire Council. This interactive light-based technology is helping residents stay active, improve dexterity and enjoy meaningful engagement through fun, accessible activities - all with minimal movement required.

With 30 care providers across North Lincolnshire trialling this innovation, it’s just one example of how we're embracing technology to support safer, more fulfilling lives for older people.
