🎄Christmas Opening Hours🎄

We will be open until Saturday 20th December with our normal working hours. Ruth is opening Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd for a limited number of appointments to ensure everyone is seen before Christmas.

We will then be CLOSED until Monday 5th January 2026.

We are taking a well deserved break over the festive period to spend with our loved ones.

If you’d like an appointment before we close for Christmas please message us or book online (please note 22nd and 23rd December are NOT bookable online).

Also our diary is now open for 2026!

✨10 Years of Ruth Sports Therapy✨

Today I celebrate 10 years in business which is just madness!!

I started my business at just 21 years old straight out of uni with no clue how to run a business I just learnt as I went along. Fast forward 10 years I’ve qualified in other treatments, done lots of CPD to enhance and learn new skills, bought a premises with my lovely friend (who I defo wouldn’t have got through this last year without so glad we decided to do this together), I’ve got 2 other sports therapists working alongside me (who are both amazing and I’m so lucky to have them thank you for everything Laura and Kavan) and my business survived a global pandemic.

I want to thank all my clients as without you guys I wouldn’t have the business I have today! Thank you to you all existing and previous clients who have come through my doors; I can’t believe some of you have been coming to see me for 10 years!! You really are the best clients; I look forward to our chats, helping regain your confidence, getting you back to full fitness/sport, helping you reach your goals and so much more…it’s the most rewarding job ever and I’m so grateful this is my job.

Finally, I’m so thankful and grateful to my parents and Brad for everything they’ve done and do for me. I wouldn’t have the successful business I do without them, they’ve been through it all with me and helped me so much.

Here’s to many many more years of Ruth’s Sports Therapy 🥂

✨RUTH IS NOW ON HOLIDAY✨

I am taking a well deserved and much needed family holiday and for once in my life I will be switching my phone off and not answering any work related calls, messages, emails etc..

All messages, voicemails, emails etc..will be answered by Monday 29th September evening once I’m back.

Thank you for your understanding and I will see you all when im back! But I am now switching off for a break with my family ☺️

✨Happy 1 Year Anniversary To Us✨

Massive thank you to Katie not only my business partner but an amazing friend ❤️

Thank you for the endless cups of tea to keep my going on a busy day 😍 and for making my hair look unreal and for having the patience of a saint with Freddie when he’s having his hair cut and keeping him entertained when I have to bring him to work 😂

It really was the best decision ever to move our businesses in together and buy our very own shop 😍

Bring on the next year of craziness that comes with the rollercoaster of the self employed life 😂

‼️JUST A REMINDER TO ALL CLIENTS THAT FROM TODAY (1ST SEPTEMBER) OUR PRICES HAVE INCREASED‼️

I have tried so hard to keep costs down as much as I can (I haven’t had a price increase in nearly 4 years) but with everything going up I have had no choice but to put my prices up.

The new prices which are as follows will start from 1st September 2025 onwards:

▪️Initial Injury Consultation with Treatment (50 to 60 min app) is now £50
**Follow up appointment for further treatment - dependent upon treatment required and discussed with client.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage:
▪️30 mins £30
▪️45 mins £40
▪️60 mins £50
▪️90 mins (full body) £80

Pregnancy Massage:
▪️30 mins £30
▪️45 mins £40
▪️60 mins £50
▪️90 mins (full body) £80

Warm Bamboo Massage:
▪️45 mins £40
▪️60 mins £50
▪️90 mins (full body) £80

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage:
▪️30 mins £30
▪️45 mins £40
▪️60 mins £50
▪️90 mins (full body) £80

Cupping Therapy can be included in a Sports/Deep Tissue Massage or may be used during treatment for an injury at no extra cost as no extra time is required.
