‼️CANCELLATION POLICY‼️

We have a 24 hour and no show cancellation policy in place here at Ruth’s Sports Therapy this is whether you are seeing Ruth, Kavan or Laura it is the same policy.

The policy is if you cancel within less than 24 hours or don’t show up then we will charge you the FULL amount for the missed appointment as we won’t be able to fill it!

We understand things do come up as well but please where possible try and give us as much notice as possible so we can give the appointment to someone else!

Hopefully you can all understand why we have this policy in place. Thanks for your continued support and understanding ☺

Happy New Year from all the team at Ruth’s Sports Therapy!

This year has been an amazing year as l celebrated 10 years in business which is just a huge achievement and I’m so proud of myself, my business and my team ❤️
We celebrated 1 year of owning our own shop and I’m forever grateful to Katie for being the best business partner and friend ❤️
We expanded the team as Kavan joined us and he’s been a perfect addition; can’t wait to see him really build his clientele and smash his goals in 2026 🥳
Amanda from Dream Beauty joined us upstairs as our in house beautician and she’s doing amazing can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for her 🥳

Thank you to my best friend Laura for everything she’s done this year for me and my business and family ❤️

Also we would like to thank you our clients for your support this year it means the world to us! Thank you so much for everything from coming in for treatments/assessments, buying gift vouchers, writing reviews, sharing/liking on social media and recommending us! 🫶🏻
