We will be discussing:
🧘‍♀️ the Gunas (states of being) and how they affect our gut health.

🧘the Doshas, the unique energies that are the foundational concepts of Ayurveda

🧘‍♂️our physical practice will flow around the Stomach meridian line.

Rachel will then be hosting an informative workshop exploring the benefits of fermented foods for gut health. Learn how traditional fermentation techniques can enhance digestion, boost immunity, and support overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to sample a variety of fermented preparations.

New Year, New Yoga Class!
Join me for a brand new daytime yoga class. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Held in the cosy and warm space at St Matthews Church, Wakefield Rd, numbers are limited to 11 so pre-booking online is recommended.
New to yoga - no problem! This class is open to beginners.
We will be starting back w/c 12th January.

To my lovely yoga community...
I'm signing off for Christmas and want to say have huge, massive thank you!
To all of you that come to weekly community classes, to those of you who log on each week to online classes, to all of you that come year after year to the weekend retreats, to those who travel good distances to come to every mini retreat I run, and to each and every one of you that have purchased something from my shop - thank you, thank you, thank you!
It's because you show up that I can carry on doing this.
Your support means the world.
So I wish you all a peaceful Christmas and New Year.
And for those of you facing this Christmas without a loved one, you are in my thoughts and I'm sending love

Classes resume second week of January.
Pre-recorded online sessions are available online - our next session is a post Christmas Restorative session (available from 29th Jan) Not much movement but lots of relaxation with props supporting the body in postures. Great if your nervous system feels frazzled from the festivities

Join us online for 75 minutes of pure rest and nourishment.
Restorative yoga uses props to support the body as it rests - it is ideal if you are exhausted or are recovering from illness.
