New Year, New Yoga Class!
Join me for a brand new daytime yoga class. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Held in the cosy and warm space at St Matthews Church, Wakefield Rd, numbers are limited to 11 so pre-booking online is recommended.
New to yoga - no problem! This class is open to beginners.
We will be starting back w/c 12th January.

To my lovely yoga community...
I'm signing off for Christmas and want to say have huge, massive thank you!
To all of you that come to weekly community classes, to those of you who log on each week to online classes, to all of you that come year after year to the weekend retreats, to those who travel good distances to come to every mini retreat I run, and to each and every one of you that have purchased something from my shop - thank you, thank you, thank you!
It's because you show up that I can carry on doing this.
Your support means the world.
So I wish you all a peaceful Christmas and New Year.
And for those of you facing this Christmas without a loved one, you are in my thoughts and I'm sending love

Pre-recorded online sessions are available online - our next session is a post Christmas Restorative session (available from 29th Jan) Not much movement but lots of relaxation with props supporting the body in postures. Great if your nervous system feels frazzled from the festivities

Join us online for 75 minutes of pure rest and nourishment.
Restorative yoga uses props to support the body as it rests - it is ideal if you are exhausted or are recovering from illness.
6.45pm-8pm - but if you can't make it to the live session don't worry, a recording will be sent out to everyone who has booked and will be available for a further 6 days

Hello September!

All classes are back this week!

I've been busy this August creating change - letting things go which weren't right for me or my business and finding solutions to make positive changes which I hope will benefit us all...
So September is going to be a busy month of newness.

Firstly I'm going to be at the Healing Alternatives Festival this weekend in Ilkley. A new festival for me. So Saturday class on 6th Sept will be taken by a lovely new guest teacher Lisa Jane Making

Secondly - our Thursday class has a new venue! We will be at Bailiff Bridge Community Centre for the 4th & 11th Sept and then from the 18th we will be moving 2 minutes up the road to lovely room at St Matthews Church. This room is a lot smaller than the room we have been used to, so spaces will be limited to 10 and pre-booking is advisable

Thirdly - and don't shout - I've found a new venue for our Yoga Christmas Meal! 3 Vesuvios in Brighouse is a lovely new Italian Restaurant which a few of us checked out this week (be rude not to..) So - date for your diary- Tuesday 9th December. £35pp for 3 courses. Please let me know a.s.a.p if you want to come as I need to get the deposit paid to secure our spot

I'm busy getting all the new September classes on the booking system - looking forward to seeing you all again after the summer holidays!

New website alert!
It's finally finished - whoo hoo!
My brand new website is now live and has it's own little shop. 😊
This will be my 4th website (and hopefully my last) since I started my business in 2011. It's been a labour of love as it's the first one I have had lots of control over.
Many thanks to Laura Santosha Marketing Agency who did all the legwork and guided me through the world of all things websites and technology!
Any Yoga, Pilates or wellness folk out there that need a website - Laura is your woman, I can highly recommend her work!
