Our second edition of BREATH | CONTRAST
Join Louise - .uk for this fully guided experience. She blends science and somatics to create a space where you explore the connection to your body, which allows you to slow down the pace of your mind.
Starting with functional breathwork and leading onto 3 full rounds of contrast therapy.
You will experience :
Breath - Connecting with the body to quieten the mind.
Heat - Aromatherapy oil meditation to access deep rest and reduce cortisol.
Cold - Resilience building through creating calm under stress.
Combined together, these three modalities are the full reset you are looking for. Create separation from the noise and be present.
