We will be opening our doors to our wonderful community, our Karmi & teaching family to have a gathering before the year is out…

We’ll have some warming drinks, snacks, great chats, heartfelt hugs, poetry with and a big old sing song - Kirtan style led by & .francesca - we’d love to see you there 🫶🏼

Did you know that we sell our amazing Yogi Bare X Flow State branded paws mats? 🐾

We will be putting an order in this Autumn for a big batch of new super grippy mats…so drop us a DM for your chance to have your own one for home practice or when traveling - take us with you!

We are also now selling these black branded fascia balls…we’ll be integrating them into more of our practices for you to use but also, these are super great to have at home for a wiggle around on & to release your fascia baby…
