I’m Winnie, a Gravity Yoga instructor and marathon runner. After completing all six World Major Marathons, I’ve seen firsthand how Gravity Yoga keeps me strong, flexible, and injury-free.

Now, I’m sharing this transformative practice with women in Brighton. Through long-hold, passive stretches, we’ll improve strength, mobility, and flexibility — letting gravity do the work.
