Decompression doesn’t always look calm!
Sometimes it looks like sitting down and not wanting to move.
Like eating quickly because it’s the first quiet moment you’ve had.
Like scrolling longer than you meant to.
When you’ve been “on” all day — making decisions, staying patient, thinking ahead, holding conversations — your body doesn’t just switch off instantly.
It looks for relief.
And relief often shows up in the evening.
Not because you lack discipline.
Not because you’re weak.
But because you’ve been carrying more than you realised.
If your evenings feel like collapse instead of rest, that’s not random.
It’s a pattern.
And patterns can be understood — and changed.
This is the work I do with women who are tired of running on empty.
