Here are 3 ways you can put yourself first today (without guilt):
1️⃣ Say no without explaining. A full sentence: “No.” Period.
2️⃣ Schedule your rest like school pick-up. Non-negotiable.
3️⃣ Ask for help — and don’t apologise for it.
Taking care of you isn’t selfish. It’s survival. 💛
