Breathe in through your nose for four counts…
Hold for two…
and then exhale through your mouth, like you’re fogging up a mirror.
Do that twice.
Feel that drop?
That’s your nervous system realising it’s safe to relax — you’re home now.
You don’t need a full meditation practice; you just need sixty seconds to tell your body the day’s over.
