I have a NEW, beautiful, morning yoga offering on Tuesday mornings in Hove!

This is my favourite place to go for a yoga class myself and I've been practising in this space for 16 years. I'm excited to be able to now offer my own class at the Tree Of Life Centre on Portland Rd in Hove, sharing the class with another great Vajrasati teacher and friend Ali Hallam.

Wake Up And Release...this class is accessible for all bodies and will be a gentle, nourishing mix of playful movement, classic poses (āsana) and prānāyāma (breath-work).

Come along for a free first class.
