Feed your gut, fuel your wellbeing 🌿✨

A healthy gut supports your whole body — from digestion to mood and energy.
These delicious foods are all my heroes for a happy, balanced microbiome.

• Spinach 🥬 – high in fibre and plant compounds that feed beneficial gut bacteria.

My morning health hacks that set me up for the day ⏰

The biggest change for me this year was moving my phone out of the bedroom. Charging it in the kitchen overnight and replacing my alarm with an .lights clock.

No more scrolling before I sleep and first thing when I wake. Instead this is my routine…..
- wake to the .lights lamp light up like a sunrise
- I start my day with meditation
- Movement is next at least 10 mins, I have the same routine I follow everyday and if I have time I add on yoga, swim, cycle or a run
- I get outdoors for that morning light
- I fast until at least midday, for me personally this has really worked for my energy levels.

I try to do this before the kids wake up, when they were really little it was never possible. So if you are in that stage you’ve just got to find when it works for you and not put the pressure on yourself.

Garden therapy 🌿

A weekend spent in the garden, a good start to November to clear the overgrowth and prepare the greenhouse and raised beds for spring seedlings.

Gardening has been so good for the soul, getting my hands dirty in the soil, seeing what beauty unfolds with patience and practice.
