Have you seen this story doing the rounds?
It made me laugh out loud, especially the comment about the raccoon making bad life choices 🤣
It made me think about the way us humans go about making choices that affect our lives.
Sometimes doing nothing works. Let the universe direct us. Mostly though it’s necessary to make decisions ourselves and that can feel daunting and overwhelming.
Generally, taking time to process change by talking with another person with an objective perspective works very well.
This is what I do with my enlightened clients.
We discover solutions together and then engage the subconscious mind to help ease the process of implementing positive change.
It works very well.
Be less like this dear raccoon.

Zumba brings people from all over the world together in love of music and dance, giving a fabulous boost to the endorphins and a brilliant dopamine hit!

The 13 instructors who are presenting at this event know exactly how their energy and passion make people feel and they are giving their time and energy free.

No dance knowledge necessary, just a desire to wriggle and shake it about on the dance floor!

Last week, we had the honour of being the chosen charity at this year’s Best of British London event, held at the Waldorf Hotel. The afternoon brought together more than 150 inspiring business leaders, sports enthusiasts, and generous supporters, all united by a shared belief in the power of connection.

Thanks to their support, more than £9,000 was raised to help Together Co improve social health - people's sense of belonging in a community - by tackling loneliness and isolation across Brighton and Hove. This is more than just a donation, it's a lifeline for so many in our community.

The event was a true celebration of shared values, connection, belonging, and community. Best of British Events has supported us by sponsoring our Autumn Gala and Spring Tea at The Grand, and helping us to launch our Connection by Letter project (as seen on The One Show).

They are also a founding member of our 25 Club, pledging to raise at least £2,500, something they have already exceeded, in our 25th anniversary year.

We were grateful to share the stage with rugby legend Scott Quinnell whose reflections on sport, family, and human connection resonated deeply. Our wonderful ambassador Gail Porter and CEO April Baker also shared stories from our community.

💬2 tiny different lifts …….couldn’t have done this 10 years ago.
