Losing body fat is generally healthier than losing weight overall since weight includes lean body mass. To make it happen, focus on losing just a KG or so per week by tracking your micro-macro nutrients, eating everything with balance, and prioritizing training when it's time to work out.

If you're tracking your calories but not losing weight or toning up your body, this one's for you!🙌🏼

What the fitness and weight loss industry isn't explaining when people promote calorie tracking is that calorie tracking is NOT a diet.

From my experience, I firsthand know why so many people A) have a terrible relationship with tracking food and B) get frustrated when the "diet" doesn't work👎🏼

I say this all the time; Your diet is simply the way that you eat - and tracking your macros and food choices allow you to learn how you eat!🎉

Instead of Calorie tracking, I do Macros tracking, which is a tool I use with clients as part of the proven method I've developed. It helps you to:
- Learn what's in their food 🔥
- Have a rough idea of their calorie intake/consistency 🔥
- Reflect on food choices (both daily and weekly)🔥
- Learn more about what's inside their food (like protein and fibre)🔥

Why do so many struggles to lose body fat quickly?

After some surveys, we decided to revisit the concept and edit our infographic.

The only way to lose weight and get toned is by Heating Healthy Foods & Tracking Your Macros Intake(fat, carbs, and protein) to ensure that you'll meet your goals to a higher degree.

What may be even the most important is just making sure you remember to enjoy life. Do an activity you love, eat the foods you want to eat, and be mindful of what you're putting in your body through accurate tracking!

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which we lose cartilage and gradually destroy the bones of our joints.
One important reason to lose weight is to reduce joint pain and improve movement. These are things you can benefit from almost immediately.

𝓡𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓸𝓷 #2: Your immune system will work properly again.
Increased BMI and more body fat are associated with greater risk for several kinds of infections, including:
gum infections,
nose and sinus infections,
stomach infections, and
herpes (thankfully, the mouth kind).
Losing body fat can mean a healthier, more responsive, robust immune system. And that means fewer colds, fewer infections, and
healthier daily life.

are harder to intubate,
