Eating for happy hormones, stable energy & moods, and smooth pain free periods has become so over complicated!

It’s really pretty simple, but like all things that become an “industry”, the health & wellness industry has to first confuse you so it can sell you the solution.

My business is about education & empowerment first … if you want to work more closely with me you can pay me, but I’m going to be transparent about the solutions you can do on your own!

- eat 3 warm balanced meals a day that you digest well …..
(That’s probably not 10,000 different vegetables and raw salads and smoothies)

- get sunlight in your eyes as soon as you can after waking, as much natural sunlight during the day, and as much darkness as you can manage 3 hours before bed

- become aware of, then manage / bulldoze negative self talk and limiting beliefs that keep you scared & stressed… then rebuild your internal landscape by replacing them with kind, uplifting & empowering self talk & beliefs

Most of the other things will just fall into place when you get these 3 in check 🪄

Samhain is the Celtic end of the year cycle
the end initiating the beginning of the next cycle
the threshold
between what was + what is to come

The beginning of winter, the reset

~ the solstice is actually the mid-point of winter not the beginning ~

Samhain marks the end of the harvest
the end of growth
the end of the earth giving abundantly

And so we pause to take stock of what we have
what has been given to us to see us through to the next phase

We take the raw materials + transform them into something usable
something that will last longer
something more digestible + nutritious

We use discernment to see what needs to be discarded
what will not serve, or nourish us through the cold

But as with all cycles death brings rebirth, life and new beginnings

Samhain is the beginning of stillness + darkness
because all life is started in the darkness
not in the light - as we’ve been lead to believe

Everything in life starts within the void
the womb
the magic of the unseen
forged from + refined by what came before it

I’ve definitely been through a spontaneous death~rebirth recently
Unexplainable but so beautiful

I used to fixate over having a “healthy” diet, I would take all the latest supplements, I would follow all the latest diet trends, I thought I was healing and promoting my own longevity.

But my symptoms were getting worse 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was a yoga teacher so I knew something about the nervous system, I knew how to relax if I needed to

But I was also stuck in dissociative patterns that were made more intense by meditating in the morning and intermittent fasting

I knew I had trauma, but I’d done plenty of talk therapy over the years, I was aware of my issues

I just didn’t know how to resolve certain emotions

On the outside I looked like I was flying highly, I was self employed, living that yoga teacher lifestyle with busy classes, corporate clients, I looked happy and confident and free

I looked capable

But on the inside I was crumbling, I felt out of control of my body

My hormones were a mess, my periods were getting heavier, my body was swelling up & becoming more and more intolerant to foods, smells, sounds

I ended up needing an operation to remove a polyp from my womb

It was around this time I started to realise I needed to cup through all the crap in the health & wellness space and figure once and for all how to heal myself

It took years, of trainings, of trial and error, of research

But I finally healed 360

Now I’m not saying I don’t still have bad days & struggle, I do! But I have the tools, the foundation of health, the resiliency & the inner safety to deal with life when it shows up !

I poured all I knew into a framework so I could help other women finally feel good in their bodies, heal their painful periods & stabilise their energy & moods.

I’ve proven my methods working with so many different women over the past two years 1:1

And now I’m curating it all into a 13 week group programme called The Holistic 360 Method
