Firstly this is a service that requires connecting in with a client via Zoom or video call. Starting the session with an arriving breath, then a short chat to feel at ease and connect. Moving on to hear what issues the client is experiencing; I offer a loving gentle presence, caring listening, empathy and compassion this allows clients to feel heard, accepted and not judged. It can be challenging to have this type of holding/ support from family or friends as they may have
their own difficulties to deal with. The kind listening in itself is deeply healing and nurturing. Some clients don’t want to go too much into their emotional trauma as it can be be very painful so they don’t have to. This is where this therapy is incredible: I work with the energetic charge that is at the root of the trauma. I use hand movements , sound and guided meditation to connect in with the energy and help it move from the stuck blocked area in the body to the earth. From my own personal experience trapped emotions that have not been expressed from the body can cause pain and dis-ease. Each time we go through something challenging or upsetting there is an energetic charge, if we have a healthy way of processing we would for example cry
or journal our thoughts and feelings whenever a difficulty happens to let it leave the body or be expressed. However sometimes society can make it difficult for our emotions to be accepted, for example if we threw a tantrum in a shopping centre as a child we might have been shouted at as the parent was embarrassed that the child was making a scene so their natural releasing will have been interrupted and they would believe, 'it is not right for me to let out my feelings in front of other people. This can be something we take into adult life so hold back crying when we are upset. I have the skill of working with emotional charge from working deeply through years of meditation,
self healing and Reiki Master training to move this energy and assist the release and expression of it into the ground.

A loving reminder that I offer deep clearings, entity removal and retrieval of parts, all with love and astute awareness.

For the past 10 years I have cultivated my curious, witnessing space holder part and welcomed all clients with fresh eyes from session to session.

I have noticed that I can really feel the unseen information in the ether and around the body of a client, with the client confirming what was felt from their side too.

What I have found is that in my experiences with clients I can see there are distorted energies, love that has been twisted in some way, or love that was learned to come through in a manipulative way to get what it wants because being direct was not safe/ didnt work. This distorted love can appear as entities or almost human like bodies of energy which can hang around the person, continuing to impact them unpleasantly in day to day moments, even long after the break up, death, disconnection with the person in the physical world.

In my recent talk on Ghosts, Entities and Unseen Energies I researched to find that entities have been a part of culture for over 5,000 years, science has not proven that they do not exist and with my hunger for truth I see that in my own acceptance of entities and unseen energies I can have more awareness when an energy is influencing me and that I have the power to stop that happening.

If you find you have low confidence, low self belief, ongoing health issues, strange behaviours that dont feel so loving, back pain, unsupportive voices, the feelings of an ex partner lingering. Confusion and an inability to feel into your own centre or inner guidance. A feeling of dissociation, not wanting to be on earth, heavy feelings of not being able to do life.

I am exploring New upgraded and more aligned offerings for you as the mid year revieAnahata Health & Wellness ClinicYour-Ga health centre comes around.

The name for the practice (Your-Ga) came as an invite for people to be curious about if their body was to perform its own Yoga what that would look like.

‘Hello body…
what movements, shapes and sounds would you like to make today?’

With my own life experience being rooted in somatics, embodiment and raw expression as well as vipassana, subtle body sensations I was curious how it would look for others to try out ‘extreme freedom and emotional liberation and listening to their own intuition as a guide’.

The feedback was pretty much…
‘I thought this was going to be a Yoga class where I can do my own yoga moves… it was so much more than that!!’

And as each session went on and the months went by I could see… yes this isn’t just a stretch class.

People were having deep realisations, moving in ways they had never moved before. Participants were yearning for a practice where they can just do whatever they need in the moment, where they can make big sounds in community and be with others as they go so deeply within themselves. Some people reclaimed their bodies ‘oh my gosh I didn’t realise, this is MY body’ with emotional releases confirming how much this meant to them.
There were shamanic or past life realisations that were released bringing more freedom to the participants mindset in the now.
Feelings of releasing entities and clearing all of the energetic bodies.
Insights, clarity, clearing, relief, relaxation, deeply satisfying unwinding of the physical body.

So many gifts and treasures uncovered.

It’s exciting I have new uniform that fits the sacredness of this practice, and some more aligned actions and behaviours are also joining this shift in my space holding, and general life ethos.

The channelled message was ask people directly… is this practice for you right now?
And let their bodies answer…
Expansion, openness, curiosity YES!
Contraction, closed body, confusion NO.

No need to force people to come for increase in sales… it’s just simple… will this practice support you right now? Or not?

This has been such a gift and at perfect timing!
Gaining a nuanced awareness of how trauma impacts myself and others allows me to really see the most effective ways to hold space and be with another in their dark difficult times.

Already I’m really seeing the difference in how I’m hearing and seeing a client.
