Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service

Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service is the NHS Primary Care Mental Health Service for Brighton & Hove

The Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is a Primary Care based mental health service for anyone residing and registered with a GP in Brighton and Hove. We offer a range of mental health support for common mental health problems, such as low mood, stress, anxiety and depression. The service is staffed by a team of qualified mental health specialists who deliver evidence based care with an aim to support people to achieve their goals. In partnership with YMCA DownsLink Group, we also offer emotional support for young people aged 25 and under. We are a primary care service and have clinics in a wide variety of locations across the city, including many GP practices so that our service users are able to access the support in a place that is convenient for them.

ACCESSING THE SERVICE:

If you would like to access the service you can complete a self-referral form online via our website. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone to request a form. If you would like further information or if you would like to find out what other support is available in the city you can also request a referral through your GP. Your GP can help you understand what part of the service might be most helpful for you, and also see if there is any medical or other help that you might want to try.
