From December 2024 to September 2025, my patient went from 97.5kg to their target weight of 65kg. What makes this even more impressive is that they only ever used 2.5mg as the starting dose and then stayed on 5mg as their standard dose throughout.

This really shows that when a patient is given the right tools, regular consultations, and a truly holistic approach, while also engaging fully with the advice and guidance, there’s no need to rush to higher doses of medication.

At our final consultation, marking the completion of their treatment, I received a message from them: “Omg! I’m so pleased with myself!!!!”

We want to keep our patients fully informed about recent changes. Due to a manufacturer price increase, the cost of Mounjaro® has risen across the UK.

At Healthy-U Pharmacy, our priority is supporting patients who are already on their treatment journey with us.
