Over time, my work has naturally evolved — and my practice is now fully focused on helping people with chronic and persistent pain.
This shift has come from seeing just how often pain is approached only from the symptoms; at the same time, the role of the brain, nervous system, neuroplasticity, stress, fear, and emotional patterns is either overlooked or not fully understood.
My work is rooted in a mind-body approach, guided by modern pain science and the understanding that pain is real — but not always simply a sign of ongoing damage.
I help people understand pain differently, reduce fear around symptoms, and work with the deeper patterns that may be sustaining pain.
This includes not only the physical experience of pain, but also the emotional load, learned responses, and protective loops that can become wired into the system over time.
If you’ve been living with chronic or persistent pain and feel like there may be more going on than just what’s happening in the body, this is now the core focus of my work.
