Great FREE community event

We are holding the next Being Well in the West event on Saturday 11h October 10.30am-1pm. This is a FREE event to be held at St Richard's Community Centre, Egmont Road, Hove, BN3 7FP. There are a number of health services attending including: social prescribing, breast screening services, mental health support and much more. There will also be drop-in physio advice, blood pressure checks and glucose monitoring. hand massage, ear acupuncture and a Mindful Movement Workshop will also be on offer. No need to book in advance, just turn up on the day.
