Postpartum ‘Run + Strength’ class is designed to help you smoothly transition back into your running routine while building strength and preventing injuries. In this 45-minute session, you’ll enhance your cardio fitness and develop the essential strength specific to runners.
I will guide you through a balanced workout that combines running drills with targeted strength exercises, ensuring you feel empowered and supported on your fitness journey. This class is perfect for mums eager to return to running safely and effectively! You can bring your baby along, but please use a buggy instead of a baby carrier, as the class involves running.
