What is Mum Fitness?

It's Outdoor fitness classes for mums to be; for mums with their babies, toddlers and kids )or without).

It's a workout that will boost your fitness levels and strength, improve your posture and mood, strengthen your pelvic floor and core and will help you to improve your running if you wish to do so.

It is a community of mums!

Suitable for all fitness levels and mums to be. I`m Pre & Post natal specialist, mum myself, and I will adapt exercises safely to mums to be. Why wait to meet new mama friends, come along and meet them now!

I am CiMSPA Level 3 qualified personal trainer and England Athletics Run Leader, based in Brighton, East Sussex. With years of success and experience in training and running, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Whether it would be to get stronger, faster, fitter, leaner, to run your first 5K or Half marathon, or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
