How to break the burnout cycle without quitting your job.
We often think the only cure for overwhelm is a two-week vacation. But if your subconscious programming is set to "survival mode," you will just burn out again the moment you return.
Here is how to use RTT logic to reset:
1. Identify the trigger.
Notice when the overwhelm spikes. Is it a specific time of day? A specific person? This is a clue to your internal programming.
2. Interrupt the pattern.
When the anxiety hits, physically move. Stand up, walk, or breathe. You must signal to your nervous system that you are safe.
3. Reprogram the belief.
Burnout often stems from the belief "I must do everything to be worthy." Challenge that. Remind yourself: My worth is not my productivity.
