It can enhance confidence and the way you interact with the world. Aesthetic treatment should not be about trying to achieve perfection, or battling growing old. It's about safely and effectively tweaking facial changes, for example a furrowed brow and worry lines can often lead to a worried or an anxious expression when you are feeling perfectly happy. We lose skin volume as we age which starts to alter the shape of our face. With the non-animal, biodegradable, Hyaluronic acid fillers you can safely replace replace what nature gave you but time took away. All treatments are temporary so the days of adverse permanent facial alteration are gone. Should there be a treatment that you are not happy with if necessary it can safely be dissolved.

Excellent day of education and clinical observation of an upper blepharoplasty courtesy of Mr Andre Litwin, consultant ophthalmic surgeon with expertise in eyelid aesthetic surgery at Nuffield Hospital Brighton. Many clients ask what I can do to improve dropping, hooded lids and under-eye laxity and swelling? I need to be honest that non-surgical aesthetic treatment will just not cut it, and surgery is necessary. Who to trust and where to go is the issue. I am pleased to say, having observed the procedure, that you are in safe hands here. Andre has decades of experience, having performed thousands of procedures.
