Hello, I'm Claire, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I like to work with women who desperately need to improve their health, and nothing brings me greater joy than helping you to feel like your best and healthiest self possible. Whether you'd like to address digestive issues, stress, hormones, weight gain, gut issues, thyroid problems, fatigue, brain fog, aches and pains, or any other concern that many women face today, my holistic approach to healthcare means that I will look at both lifestyle and the body as a whole to identify the root cause of any imbalances. We'll work together to help you recognise and prioritise areas within your life that could use a little extra attention. I will be there to empower and motivate you to take small steps in a sustainable way towards making healthier choices, which will ultimately improve your well-being, and see you reaching your desired health goals. I hope my page will inspire, educate and support you to make healthier nutritional and lifestyle choices; to be able to listen to the signals your body is giving you, and in turn, learn how to nourish it back to health.

On World Mental Health Day 2025 (10 October), the spotlight is on: Mental Health in Catastrophes & Emergencies – Access to Services.

In times of crisis, access to mental health support is often disrupted. Alongside essential clinical care, trauma-informed health coaching can make a meaningful difference:

• Providing a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard without judgement
• Supporting individuals to regain a sense of control through practical self-care strategies and achievable steps
• Helping survivors reconnect to their strengths and resources, even amid uncertainty
• Working alongside healthcare and community services to bridge gaps when systems are stretched

Trauma-informed coaching doesn’t replace clinical care. Instead, it complements it – recognising how trauma shapes behaviour and supporting recovery with empathy, structure and respect for autonomy.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re advocating for integrated approaches where health coaching is part of the response, ensuring no one is left behind when catastrophe strikes.
