Tonight we carry on working towards 1 & 5

Every Friday night at the Ki Centre, Brighton with Eugene & Pip. Hand2hand and standing acro..

Obvisouly this stuff doesn't happen overnight but with regular practise, good spotting, soft floor and right attitude it's all doable!, that's why we're working on it every week, come join us. Beginners welcome. We start you with basics and build step by step to the cooler stuff. Doesn't matter if you can't do a handstand yet!

8.30 hand2hand, solar and high AcroYoga
9.30 jam practise

Plenty of strong bases but a couple more wouldn't are always welcome :-)

this is BYC.. Brighton Youth Centre on Edward street for Brighton Handstand Courses and AcroYoga classes.. remember when the weather's good we do AcroYoga down the hill in New Steine Gardens.. 2 minutes walk!
