Blue Monday Reset 💙

Teaching yoga this evening was a reminder to check in and gently shift any negative energy that we are carrying. Somatic yoga is one of my favourite ways to do just that, moving slowly, tuning into the body, and letting tension melt away. Somatic movement can help you reconnect, release and come back to centre.
