Body and Brain Yoga and Ki Gong Training in Brighton is a beautiful discipline that came to us directly from the ancient roots of South Korea. This practice has a lot to offer from a simple exercise to a deep physical, emotional and spiritual healing. The main focus of the practice, apart from reaching for physical balance, is to recover our natural healing power, i.e. a strong mind-body connection that we, as a humanity, once had and lost. Recovering our true nature transforms not only the life of a practitioner but the lives of people around as well. This is a truly beautiful practice and we can't wait to share it with you!

The act of your tongue pressing against the palate of the mouth stimulates the hypothalamus, thalamus, and pituitary. This vibration emanating from the hypothalamus directs the actions of the pituitary gland and governs the endocrine systems. It is also in charge of releasing chemicals and hormones throughout the body and to the brain. 🌈
