Brighton Reflexologies Brighton Reflexologies, established by Kate Gowar, is located in the Fiveways area of Brighton, East I practice from my home at Fiveways, BN1.

Kate Gowar MAR, PRM offers bespoke foot and facial reflexology treatments to clients of all ages and is also a Master Reiki practitioner. Kate trained at the London School of Reflexology and is qualified in Zone Face Lift and Dien Chan Zone facial reflexology. It is a pleasure and privilege to be able to offer reflexology treatments to clients of all ages. I have personally found reflexology to be a gentle and profound therapy that promotes relaxation and ease, and can be a wonderful catalyst for healing and change for the individual. I come to reflexology with an accumulated wealth of experience in Bodywork. I have a professional background in dance, having worked as a performer, touring and teaching internationally for 18 years. I am also a graduate of University College London, with a BA Hons in Archaeology. Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and Professional Reflexology (PR), and registered with Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and UK Reiki Federation (UKRF)

Kate Gowar BA Hons., MAR, PRM, CNHC, UKRF offers bespoke foot and facial reflexology treatments to clients. I am also a Master Reiki practitioner. I trained at the London School of Reflexology with Louise Keet and am qualified in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) devised and medically researched by Sally Kay, Zone Face Lift facial reflexology developed by Ziggie Bergman, and was one of the first Dien Chan Zone operators in the UK. It is a pleasure and privilege to be able to offer reflexology treatments to clients of all ages.
