Katy Bradshaw Acupuncture

Katy Bradshaw Acupuncture Traditional acupuncturist in Fiveways. Acupuncture is a holistic therapy that focuses on treating the whole person rather than just the disease.

Acupuncture is increasingly recognised as a treatment option for a wide range of conditions and many health professionals are happy to recommend it to their patients. Consequently, patients may have more energy, confidence, improved sleep and feel less stressed overall as a result of treatment.

I've written a blog about trusting women's bodies to give birth. Why? Because induction rates are at an all time high (35% in Brighton) and we seem to have forgotten that we can do it. You can read it here.

Before I met Katy I was feeling overwhelmed and had high stress levels. Myself and my partner were trying for a baby and I turned to accupuncture for some extra support after researching into the benefits for fertility. In many of our minds when we think of chronic illness we think of the serious stuff – cancer, diabetes, heart disease. But what about all the little niggly stuff? The little bits of pain you just put up with. The bodily functions that don’t quite function. The low mood that doesn’t stop you from getting stuff done but hangs around in the background....

We often think of chronic illness as the big things, but what about the small niggly stuff? After all we all want a life free from pain.

Gong Xi Fa Cai! Wishing you prosperity for the coming year of the Tiger. The Lunar New Year falls on 1st February this year. This is a time of new beginnings, letting go of the old and welcoming in the new. What do we need to let go of and what do we need to move forward? I like that the Lunar New Year celebration happens a little further into the year than here in the UK....

https://katybradshaw.com/2022/04/14/fibromyalgia/
