BOOKINGS NOW OPEN - I'm delighted o be returning for my 4th year hosting this retreat in a very special part of East Sussex. The Wild Within has evolved over the years but always promises to be full of magic. Immerse yourself in the woods, disconnect from the WiFi and start to hear the voice within you. This retreat is about opening your heart, finding your inner wisdom and tapping in to your hidden power; your intuition. We have lots of playful moments along the way, including a Saturday night fire circle, shared meals, oracle card reading and some creative fun.
There are only 10 spaces availble so if you're keen, make your booking on the website or get in touch directly if you'd like to pay a deposit. I can set this up. I;m excited to see who the Universe sends along in 2026.

Mindfulness tips to try at work. These may seen simple but honestly, they can be challenging. Perhaps try one for a month and see how you feel.

1. Move away from your usual workspot to have your lunch. Give yourself time to enjoy your food, stop what your doing and re-focus.
2. Don't take things personally. Everyone is dealing with their own stuff, let go.
3. Do a daily walking communt if you work from home. If not, try 3 mini walks per day.
4. Stop complaining, It lowers vibration and ripples across everyone.

Hello I'm Sally - for those new followers out there, maybe your curious about meditation and stumbled across me or perhaps you've here for a while. I thought a mini re-introduction would be useful to start 2026.

I'm award‑winning Mindfulness & Meditation Coach and an accredited member of the Complementary Therapists Association. I've got over 7years of experience supporting individuals and groups with my own blend of warmth, intuition, and real‑world insight. Believe it, my life has been up and down and I am proud to say that.

After navigating my own journey through stressful living and negative habitual thought patterns, I discovered that mindfulness isn’t just a practice — it’s a way of life that empowers you to:
✨ Gain emotional balance
✨ Feel grounded in the present moment
✨ Grow in confidence and self‑awareness
✨ Let go of what no longer serves you

I continue to practice everything I offer, l am always curious & always open learning. I love blending moder science and mindset with ancient ritual and pratises. I have a particular passion for Shamanism and have spent over 10 years exploring this on a personal level. You'll find many Shamnaic inspired moments in my circles.

People I love to follow and learn from... Rumi, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Jay Shetty, Abraham Hicks, Julia Cameron, Eckhart Tolle to name a few.

My Approach
Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group workshops, woodland meditation circles, workplace well‑being sessions, or immersive retreats, my methods are simple, effective, and accessible to all levels of experience. From stress relief to spiritual growth, there is something for everyone.

A few ideas to get you started on a new self care journey for 2026. If the budget is tight in January then consider all the small things you can do for yourself:

1. Get outside everyday, the woods, the garden, a river, get near to nature to boost endorphins.
2. End your day with a simple gratitude exercise, list some things you're gratiful for, this boosts serotonin.
3.Journal your thoughts, dreams and ideas in a special 2026 diary.
4. Hugs, laughter, dancing, meditation, sleep...

You get the picture, carving out mini moments each day is a simple way to remind yourself of your connection to yourself. Of course, splash the cash if you have it but if finances are an issue then start small and simple.
