Time 4 a change…

I began my work related social media journey on the 17th November 2020 and it’s defo been a ride!

I’ve shared with you some of my most intimate moments of joy and pain, but now it’s time for me to move on.

Over the past 5 years I’ve spent hours each week creating informative posts and (hopefully) engaging content, but as from 2026 I will be dedicating that amount time to volunteering in my local community.

My page and IG accounts will remain in place and I may share the odd update from time to time, but social media no longer brings me the excitement or satisfaction that it used to.

If you’ve been following my work and my journey thank you, I’ve appreciated your company and you’ve certainly made it all worth while.

But it’s not a total goodbye…

As you know I love writing and it would be impossible for me to stop sharing entirely (I still have a lot to say! 🤭) so if you’d like to remain connected, as from January 2026 I will be posting a regular website Blog called “Simply Real”.

It will continue is the same vein as my social media shares; authentic, real life growth experiences and some rants for humour along the way!

The voice ☺️

I’m sitting on the sofa this morning with a coffee and my boys, staring out of the window as per usual, and it suddenly hit me.

Today is the first time in 17 months that my external world has felt settled.

Since the moment my mum unexpectedly passed on the 8th July 2024, my life has been thrown into chaos.

My finances, my work, dad responsibilities and my own self care have all tumbled into a crazy abyss of tangled hope.

Today, however, I can sit here and proudly say “I got through it and for the most part I continued smiling!”.

How?

I prayed, I meditated, I cried, I laughed and I talked, but most of all I did my absolute best to remain in the present moment.

Sometimes I got it wrong and spiralled, but when things got really tough there was a voice in my head that said:

“You’re OK, you are NOT alone” - and I believed it.

You, I and every single one of us has access to this voice, this inner stability and ever loving energy.

You may not hear it like I do, but you may feel it or just know in your heart that it exists, as it does.

I hope you’re doing OK my love, this can be a tricky time of year so remember be gentle with yourself and just know that you are never alone.

What a year🗓️

I know we’re only in mid November, but I’ve decided to close my diary down to new clients for the rest of this year.

It’s been a ride for sure!

Dad jumping out of his care home window and breaking his back, resulting in countless hospital visits and 2 new nursing homes.

Not to mention:

Running a business.
Writing / publishing a new book.
Self publishing my previous 3 books on Amazon.
Adding new offerings.
Rebuilding my website.
Navigating grief
My own near death experience.

PLUS being a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a doggie mumma and all of the regular things that life throws at us.

I’m doing OK, but it’s time to rest.

I’ve learnt so much this year, but my biggest take away has to be the importance of trust and faith.

Without these two aspects of my life (plus my amazing husband and friends), I have no idea where I’d be at!

Stay true to your own beliefs my love, forgive easily, love hard, have faith in your inner guidance and for goodness sake do your best to enjoy the ride as it will all be over in a blink of an eye.

My books 📚

At last I’ve managed to get four out of five of my books onto Amazon and I’m working on the final one as we speak.

As an indie author who chooses to do all of her own writing, editing, formatting and uploading, this has been quite a job.

But I wanted to ensure that my books are available easily to everyone across the globe, and so Amazon was the best bet.

My books include:

The Girl With The Starseed Soul - my life story.

Through The Eyes Of A Starseed - my learning to date.

A Hopeful Diary Of Grief - the experience of losing my mum and guidance I can offer.

What Would Love Say? - A channeled piece of work which teaches about a fear mindset.

I’m really proud of these achievement, but I’m not done yet!

There’s another book on the way called “Becoming The Game Master” and it’s all about my process for programming your life game.

I’ll keep you posted on its progress.

Acts of kindness ☺️

On Monday I helped a poor man who fell over outside our home.

I called the ambulance, found him a blanket and made him some hot sweet tea.

Today his wife came round and gave me these kind thank you gifts.

Small acts of kindness go such a long way and right now my heart is full of gratitude that the man is out of hospital and back at home.

About me…

OK, so let’s keep this short and sweet.

I’m a 54-year-old woman who has been through some stuff, has learnt some stuff and who now chooses to share her wisdom with the world.

I’ve been facilitating QHHT Sessions since 2018, I’ve helped hundreds of people, and I’ve explored thousands of past lives with my clients. 
 
I chose to become a Practitioner of this technique, as experiencing a session changed my life. 

I have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, to read their energy, understand their struggles and offer grounded, intuitive advice and guidance.

I’ve been successfully offering my Intuitive Talk Therapy Programme for several years, following the strategy outlined in my book “What Would Love Say?”.

I’ve been aware of my ability to consciously connect with spirit since I was in my early twenties, but my sensitivities expanded after a near-death experience in 2025.

I’ve written three books about life, death and healing.

I love dance music, laughing, creative writing, interior styling, the sea, my husband, my friends, my family and my sausage dog Dash (in no particular order).
