Loving these events.

Another weekend another event and its been hugs galore today!

More books sold, more inspiring, loved filled conversations and so many open hearts that have left me smiling tonight.

Thank you to everyone who bought my books and expressed an interest in my work, I appreciate you.

Thank you also to Lottie at what an honour and a pleasure to be part of your wonderful day.

I did it!

I got out there into the real world and I enjoyed every second of it.

Regardless of the 5.30am start, the sore feet and the hoarse voice, this weekend has been amazing!

Over 600 stalls and over 1,600 tickets sold, bringing people from all over the South of England.

I made lots of new friends, sold most of my stock of books, had enquiries galore and goodness knows how many QHHT sessions booked.

Face to face interactions, inspiring conversations and real life hugs are defo the way forward for me.

Bring on the next five up and coming events, gonna need to stock up on books - just hope Amazon print on demand can keep up.

Hopefully you can make it to the next one as I’ve loved seeing your friendly faces and thank you to those beautiful people who came to visit me - you made my weekend!

AI and You - “The Bot Effect”

In today’s audio blog, I’m exploring this phenomenon - our relationship with AI and, more importantly, why the bot has become so important in our lives.

I talk about connection and positive communication, and how I believe we can all take a leaf out of the bot’s book and start having more caring, compassionate, and kind conversations with each other to feel less alone.

As ever, this is just my current take on how the world is looking right now, but hopefully it will offer you some food for thought.

Event ready!

As you know, since the beginning of this year I’ve created space between myself and social media, and I have to admit, I’ve been having a lovely time!

Getting out there, meeting new people, talking instead of typing and having real life human connections, none of which I’ve chosen to share for no other reason than it didn’t feel necessary.

And part of my new strategy for face to face interactions has included finding different ways to advertise and promote my work.

So over the next six months I’m going to be taking part in various spiritual fairs in and around the Sussex area.

The first one, on the 21st and 22nd of March will be at Ardingly Show Ground and it’s a biggie with over 600 stalls, work shops and entertainment.

These pics are of my new branding and event table set up, which I really do love.
