You then get sent a welcome pack after booking with all the details you need for a simple and speedy contact free entry and use of the space!

Don’t neglect your feet 🦶🏼Our lives have evolved over centuries, we’ve become more static and in particular our feet have suffered.

Our ancestors would use their bare feet to run on uneven ground, becoming hard and strong to adapt to the terrain.

But whilst we have changed the way we live, our bodies haven’t changed, the structure, the bones, the muscles of our feet are still the same but we have become so inactive and attuned to being supported by shoes. Our intrinsic foot muscles don’t work so much anymore and this important part of our body bares so much weight.

Even in our yoga class we usually stand on a nice flat surface so still we don’t give our feet a real challenge to wake up.

Ever wondered why you get foot cramp in yoga? Wonder why there’s tightness in the legs, knee issues? Perhaps your feet need a little love.

Here’s some ways you can give your feet some TLC 👇🏼

- Try massaging the foot on a tennis ball
- Try picking up the corners of your yoga mat with your toes
- Spend more time barefoot
- If you’re on Brighton beach spend time walking on the pebbles
- Embrace the wobbles in yoga when standing on one leg, let your feet adapt
