The Outlook Foundation

The Outlook Foundation The Outlook Foundation is a registered charity supporting adults with learning disabilities to promote their independence.

The Outlook Foundation is an Independent Registered Charity who has successfully managed homes for people with learning disabilities since 1997, when the charity opened Outlook House. Home to 12 young men and women it fulfils the charityโ€™s Mission Statement to provide โ€˜quality living and training in preparation for independence, appropriate to ability for people aged 18+ with learning disabilitiesโ€™. After extensive building work in 2011, Outlook House now provides ensuite facilities for residents and a large training centre. The charity recognised the desperate need for Supported Living accommodation for adults over the age of 25 and in October 2004 opened Gaynor Forster House. The tenants live independently, assisted by support staff they lead full and integrated lives. The appropriately named Jean Marshall House was officially opened by Lord Lloyd, President of the charity, in April 2008. Managed as a Supported Living service, staff encourage and prepare the young people to take their place in society.

Hi everyone! We are doing some work in our gardens and wonder if anyone has a compost bin they could spare, or know someone at a garden centre who might be prepared to donate one to us.

We are also looking for some topsoil and compost. Please let us know if you have an idea for where we could get hold of these on info@outlookfoundation.co.uk
