BackFit A specialist physiotherapist-led class for those who have experienced back complaints or those who are keen to manage the long-term health of their back.

BackFit is a Brighton based, specialist physiotherapist-led class for those who have experienced back complaints in the past, or for those who are keen to look after the long term health of their back. The structured classes are primarily exercise based, focusing on improving spinal mobility and stability, with the aim of reducing the risk of developing future episodes of back pain. Please get in touch if you think you may benefit from attending one of the weekly classes. I would be happy to speak to you to answer any questions and to arrange a one-to-one consultation to ensure that BackFit is appropriate for you. Both beginner and intermediate classes are available.
