The value of nutrition is now (happily!) a mainstay in so many people's lives. It's also a confusing field to navigate with so many conflicting opinions professionally, and the internet (qualified or not) coaching you 24/7 on how to eat, how to detox, how to fast and so on... There seems (oftentimes) so much information, where to start? Here's a bit of blurb about my clinic space at St Augustine's in Brighton (a beautiful converted church with health clinic), and how my practice of nutritional therapy can support you.
Choose to have a free full body far infrared light session on a massage table with your consultation (photon therapy, more info in the link) or a free ionic foot bath. Both are pleasantly relaxing and increase antioxidant activity in your body, this is a good thing!
I had to include the stained glass window, it's a very pretty thing to look at whilst discussing your health 🌸
I also work from home with clients (where you can enjoy stunning views of the South Downs! -www.biokitchen.co.uk/about), and nutritionally support kids and families affected by autism at the Children's Centre in Portslade as part of the Mascot Health and Wellbeing Project (a fab inclusive organisation run by fab people! Let me know if you know of anyone who would like to join).
You can PM me with any enquiries, I'd love to hear from you lynn@biokitchen.co.uk
