Enjoyed my afternoon at Eastwood Hall Strawberry Tea in aid of Breast Cancer. I managed to give 10 ladies a 15 minute treatment. £5 each and all going to the charity.
Next years event 12th July see you there!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first session as a volunteer therapist at the Nottingham Hospice. I received a warm welcome from everybody. I’m sure I will learn loads, as well as hopefully giving some relaxation and symptom relief to patients and their careers.

My fellow Reflexologist Emma Brown and I gave a talk and demonstration to the Beeston WI on Thursday. Considering we were up against England in the World Cup Semis, the turn out was excellent and what a warm, enthusiastic reception.
Our 3 for 2 introductory offer went down well too.
Thank-you ladies! It won’t be such a scary prospect next time.

Set up in the garden for my clients on Saturday so relaxing. The sun was warming, a gentle breeze was blowing, the birds were singing. Perfect, until it decided to rain! Just about finished my treatment, but all my papers and chairs got wet!

Amazing the variety of people that seek out reflexology to try and help them with issues as diverse as stress, aches and pains, fertility, irritable bowel syndrome and side effects from chemotherapy- to name but a few!
Reflexologists do not claim to diagnose or cure complaints.
But often we can give relief by enabling total relaxation, improving circulation and nerve stimulation.

Thoroughly enjoyed offering my services at The Treetops Hospice Charity Pamper Evening, last week.
I treated 9 clients in 3 hours, met some lovely people and was made to feel very welcome.

Our feet work very hard, holding us up, carrying us around all day. They are the furthest point from the heart and the circulation has to work against gravity.
No wonder they ache!
Swelling can occur and toxins can accumulate.
Give your feet some self love!
Massage with some moisturiser before bed and after your shower, every day.
You'll be amazed at the difference it makes!
