Dear all, this is a polite notice concerning visiting. As you are aware there are no restrictions on visiting and this will continue. Visiting and the whole family vibe at Rosedale remains important to us all, however, over the past few days I have been risk assessing the fact that certain areas can become somewhat overcrowded. This has given me cause to risk assess and take action to keep everyone safe. As you may know, we have a lot of residents who walk with a purpose and other residents who need walking frames near them. All these concerns become safety hazards when areas are over crowded, therefore, can I please ask you to visit in the diner or the top lounge area by my office and if those areas are busy then please visit in your relatives room. As I said the feeling within Rosedale is important and we continue to welcome you all as essential members of our family. I thankyou all ❤️ Julie x
