Came in for training and left transformed!

What a 7 months it been!

Closing my salon which was the end of a 5 year era, it was tough to let it go when it was doing well, but I knew being a salon owner was making me miserable and unwell! There’s no money that’s worth your health and happiness.

To getting married, what a beautiful, chaotic fun weekend we had. I wish I could do it all again! ❤️

The honeymoon in Kenya, I would go back 10x over. If you have a chance to do a safari please do. And Madagascar we wanted an adventure and that’s what we got, very off the beaten track but so stunning and untouched.

To taking a well needed break and living my best life through the summer. The first time in 5 years I could do what I wanted and not worry about showing up for clients or as a salon owner. It felt incredible to really let my hair down!

And finally, the building of Hair Finesse Academy. Starting over has been a humbling experience to say the least, there’s been tears and meltdowns, technical issues that nearly had me throwing in the towel. But one thing about me is I don’t give up. I might cry, shout, swear and sulk 😅 but I dust myself off and remind myself who I am and what my mission is with Hair Finesse Academy and keep showing up!

I’m training some amazing stylists in the mesh integration and I’m making incredible connections in the hair industry.

It’s safe to say I like to keep myself on my toes, it’s been an emotional, intense and incredible 7 months, I can’t wait to see what the last 2 months of 2025 have in store ❤️

Extensions got me clients, but they didn’t give me consistency…

When I first built my extension business, I thought I’d made it. Fully booked, busy diary, constant demand. But behind the scenes? I was burnt out and secretly frustrated.
