Treating wrinkles isn’t just about the skin 🤍

It’s also about what’s happening underneath... your muscles and your lymphatic flow. 🌿

A question I get asked a lot especially when I tell people to cut out the inflammatory foods that everyone loves - gluten, wheat, dairy, white carbs, refined sugar, refined salt…. To calm the inflammation in their skin.

So here I am whipping up my morning smoothie which 90% of the time is how I start my day. The good thing about a smoothie is you can chuck everything in! And mix it up, tomorrow it might be full of leafy greens & ginger.
