/ My journey with skin 🌱

It all started when I was just a Saturday girl as a teenager, struggling with eczema and low confidence. I honestly thought, “This is just my skin”. But working in that first job changed everything. It was where I discovered - the brand that not only helped my eczema but also rebuilt my confidence, something I needed while navigating my teenage years.

And that’s where my love affair with skin truly began.✨

I went on to study beauty therapy. I loved the nails and the beauty don’t get me wrong, but my heart was always in the holistic touch, and most importantly, the skin. For me, it was never just about making skin look good – it was about how you feel. The power of touch, helping people glow from the inside out and creating a space where therapy meets treatment…that’s what’s stayed with me all these years.💃

I’m a total skin geek (and proud of it!🤓). From my own personal skin challenges to years of treating thousands of clients - I’ve learned skin inside and out.

I’ve never been one to follow fleeting trends or fit neatly into the beauty industry. Instead, I carved out my path and wrote my own book. I built an award-winning salon as a single mum and now I’m pouring my passion into Pause – a skin clinic where the power of touch meets science-backed results. No fluff. No gimmicks.
