Dear clients

As from Monday 30th March 2026 treatment prices will be increased by £5.

I fully understand the impact that increased costs have on our budgets at this time.

For me increasing insurance, CPD training , equipment and supply costs have resulted in this decision which I have not taken lightly.

I am fully committed to giving you the best care and treatment and I cannot express how valued your ongoing support is to me personally and for my business.

Hip mobility is important for everyone- but it’s particularly important for runners 🏃🏻‍♀️!
I have built up a little crew of running clients and many originally come to me with knee or back issues.
Working on hip mobility will enhance performance by improving your running mechanics , increases stride efficiency , and decreases common runners injuries like knee & lower back pain.
Incorporating mobility exercises for the hips along side leg strength training at the gym will help - these are some of my favourites.
