I am moving to Spain! 🇪🇸

It was a hard decision to make as I love working with you all, but life goes on and I am fulfilling my desire of living in Spain.

I feel nervous right now to tell you I’m leaving as I know my little therapy room is a place of peace and restore for so many of you.

Please keep taking care of yourself, as the date gets closer I will post some suggestions of other splendid therapists here in Bristol that can accompany you in your healing journey. 🌺

I will truly miss you all, you have been part of my journey as with each story and person I learnt so much.
Thanks for being my teachers. 🙏

In the meantime, please book yourself in for these two months we got left and let’s make the most of it.

Abdominal massage is more than “just” a massage.

It’s your chance to talk about what is concerning you, in a non- judgemental place.

🌾We have a informal chat with a tea touching themes that usually are not explored like your relationship with food, secs, your body, menstruation, fertility and menopause.
You are in charged, you lead, so I listen to what you want to tell. Sometimes even just the fact of talking about it can be liberating.

Then, it’s your turn to relax on the couch. Just deep into relaxation while I massage your abdomen and womb, always with your permission and respect.

🪷depending on what comes up during consultation I can play with different tools, like reflexology and reiki.
The womb carries a story: energetic healing is the best way to tune in with this truth and help you release, heal and bring awareness there.
