Are you a naturally empathetic, caring and compassionate person who would enjoy caring for people with learning difficulties in their own homes?

Based in Patchway, Descare is seeking naturally warm-hearted, yet resilient individuals with a genuine interest in enhancing the lives of our service users.

Your positive attitude and communication skills are more important than previous experience, as we offer full training and plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. If you have previous Support Worker experience and a full, clean driving licence then that is a bonus!
